Appointment or walk-in no worries, we have 7 great doctors with fields ranging from Western medicine, Holistic medicine, Orthopedic surgery, Chiropractic's, Acupuncture, Laser therapy, Exotics and more... (So I think we can fit you in ;-)

Not sure, no problem tell your receptionist the situation and she will let you know the options best for you and your pet.

Ok time to head to your room. A receptionist will lead you to your room. Your doctor will be in shortly.

The doctor will come in and get a more detailed history, and make a plan based off that info. If price is an issue please do not hesitate to ask for an estimate. 

Once a treatment plan is agreed on by you and your doctor, we will then move on to treating your pet.

Your doctor will then take your pet to our treatment room where, our techs are waiting to assist the doctor with your pet.

Once your treatments are done your pet will be brought back to you, and your doctor will let you know his or her findings, when to come in again, any referrals if needed and if medications will be sent home.

This is your chance to get all your over the counter medications, shampoos, flea preventives, ear wash, treats, food etc.........

Oh and don't forget the pill pockets. (My dog just will not take any meds without these things)

Not sure if your dog will like it, we have samples of most of the treats sitting right there on the counter. We carry a lot of different foods not sure if we carry yours, just ask.

Found a baby stray kitten in your neighborhood, and have no idea what to do with it?

We are up to our ears in cats and kittens but we can give you a list of rescue organizations that may be able to help. We will also post a pic of the kitten or cat in our lobby and on our Facebook page and our Twitter page and try to assist you in that manner with finding it a home.

Need an x-ray?

We will use our state of the art digital x-ray machine, to diagnose foreign objects, enlarged hearts, bloat, fractures, and possible tumors etc.

If surgery is needed most of them can be done here with Dr. Richter. Even ACL Surgeries, he’s amazing!!! If you are referred to a specialist for any reason we will make a copy of your x-rays on a disc for you to take with you.

Do you prefer a more holistic treatment?

Weather you only treat your pet holistically or if you like to mix it up with both western medicine and holistic medicine. We can get a plan of treatment for you.

Dr. Wisley is well experienced in acupuncture, chinese herbs, holistic treatments, and western medicine.

As some of you may or may not know our phenomenal Dr. Nancy Scanlan has retired but not before, hand picking her replacement Dr. Sally Lane.

If you haven't met her don't miss out. She is skilled in all aspects of acupuncture, holistic treatments, herbs, massage therapy, and she brings to the table her revolutionary skill in laser therapy.

Laser Therapy? Yes, the revolutionary form of laser therapy. It will aid in your pet healing faster after a surgery or injury, improves mobility without surgery, aids in relief of aches & pains.

For more disorders that respond to laser therapy such as periodontal disease, otitis, arthritis and many more stop by for a pamphlet or call and speak with one of our doctors.

What if you have an emergency or you need a surgical procedure?

We are very capable of most surgical procedures such as spays, neuters and growth removals. We are also fully prepare for most emergencies such as breathing problems, accidental toxicity's, or a hit by a car accident.

What if your pet has to stay for several days?

Your pet will be observed and well cared for in our in patient recovery room.

Can you visit your pet while they are hospitalized?

Even though the door says do not enter, we honor an open door policy.

You are welcomed to call at anytime for an update of your pet, or come by and visit with your pet.

Visiting hours are an hour after we open due to the doctors doing hospital rounds, and 30 minutes before we close due to night time treatments being done.

What happens after your pet is released from the hospital?

All your charges will be explained to you. You are given a “Go Home Sheet” of how to care for your pet.

A receptionist will go over it with you, all your go home medications will be explained & sent home with you, and a follow-up appointment will be made if needed.
